Welcome to Royal Car Wash. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

Royal Car Wash provides professional car cleaning, detailing, and maintenance services. Our services include exterior washing, interior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and other automotive care services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

All services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make every effort to provide high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee specific results. The quality and effectiveness of our services may vary depending on the condition of your vehicle, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. We may also limit the quantity of services provided to any customer or cancel any service booking if we believe it is necessary to protect our business or other customers.

2. Booking and Appointments

All service bookings must be made through our official channels, including our website, phone, or in-person at our facility. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for arriving on time for their scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in service delays or rescheduling. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and vehicle inspection.

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service price.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service completion unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees as required by law.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will be posted on our website and will apply to new bookings made after the effective date of the change. Existing bookings will be honored at the original price.

In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to refuse future services and may take legal action to recover outstanding amounts. Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts as permitted by law.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from their vehicles before service. We are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle during service. Valuable items should be removed or secured in the trunk or glove compartment.

Customers must inform us of any existing damage to their vehicle before service begins. We will document any pre-existing damage, but we cannot be held responsible for damage that was not reported or documented before service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in safe operating condition and that all safety systems are functioning properly. We reserve the right to refuse service to vehicles that pose a safety risk to our staff or other customers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any damages arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that caused the damage. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or business interruption.

We are not responsible for damage to vehicles that occurs due to pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or factors beyond our control such as weather, road conditions, or mechanical failures. We recommend that customers inspect their vehicles after service and report any concerns immediately.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the services in question. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is made.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee on all services. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.

Our warranty covers workmanship and materials used in our services. It does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, environmental factors, or customer misuse. Warranty claims must be made within 30 days of service completion.

We reserve the right to inspect any warranty claim and may require photographic evidence or other documentation to support the claim. Warranty repairs will be performed at our discretion and may include re-cleaning, touch-up work, or other corrective measures.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Royal Car Wash or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

Our trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of Royal Car Wash and may not be used without our express written consent. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

You may not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our website or interfere with other users' access to our services.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms that is due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of a force majeure situation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers and reschedule services when possible. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from force majeure events.

If a force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate any affected service agreements without penalty.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear their own costs and expenses of arbitration.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm or to enforce intellectual property rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Royal Car Wash regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
